The Merlin CT1200S acts as an interlock between the ventilation system and the gas solenoid valve. This system can work in conjunction with both external current monitors and air pressure differential switches in order to interlock with up to 2 fans.
The Merlin CT1250 acts as an interlock between the ventilation system and the gas solenoid valve. The system has built in current monitors in order to interlock with up to 2 fans and offers an alternative to using air pressure differential switches.
2000S – Gas Interlock System for commercial kitchens to meet BS6173:2009 – The Merlin 2000S ventilation interlock system is specifically designed for use in commercial kitchens to meet BS6173. This panel is designed for use when the kitchen appliances do not have flame failure devices fitted, therefore gas proving is a requirement.
The Merlin 2000S System acts as an interlock between the ventilation system and the gas solenoid valve. The system is compatible with both current monitors and air pressure differential switches in order to interlock with up to 2 fans.
1000S – The Merlin 1000S pressure proving system is designed specifically for use in School and University Laboratories.
This panel is to be used to carry out a gas proving test on the pipe work in order to highlight if there is a gas appliance open or a gas leak in the laboratory. The Merlin 1000S is designed to give the teacher full control over the incoming gas supply with the lockable key-switch operation. The Merlin 1000S can work in conjunction with carbon dioxide, natural gas, carbon monoxide and LPG sensors.
The Merlin 1000S also has a built in “timeout” facility which will automatically shut off the gas solenoid valve at the end of a specific time period, this time period can be adjusted to 2, 5, 8 hours or can be overridden if required.
GSP1 – A single zone gas detection system, the Merlin GSP1 can be configured for a high variety of remote detectors including LPG, natural gas or carbon monoxide.
Simple to install the Merlin GSP1 uses four-core low voltage cable to wire in the chosen remote detectors. The remote detectors can then be combined with a number of fusible links wired through in series to create a gas and heat detection system capable for deployment in areas such as boiler houses, car parks, factories or shopping centres.
The Merlin CO2 Monitor can be used independently or can work in conjunction with one of our Merlin gas interlock systems. In the event where the CO2 levels rose to a dangerous level the Merlin CO2 Monitor would sound an audible alarm to alert the customer of the danger, and send a signal to the gas interlock system which will in turn close the gas solenoid valve.
